Social Media Policy.

It applies both to Topomer’s official social media accounts and any mentions or representations of Topomer by employees, contractors, users and partners

4. Topomer’s Official Accounts

All official Topomer social media accounts are managed by authorized personnel. Content posted from these accounts reflects Topomer’s views, values and communications strategy.
Any unauthorized use of Topomer’s name, logo or branding to create accounts or pages is strictly prohibited and may result in legal action

Official announcements, updates, collaborations and public communications will be published exclusively through these verified accounts

5. Guidelines for Employees and Contractors

Employees and contractors are ambassadors of Topomer. While personal use of social media is generally private, when mentioning Topomer (directly or indirectly), you must:

· Be Transparent: If you are posting about Topomer, disclose your relationship (e.g., ‘Views are my own and do not represent Topomer’)
· Protect Confidential Information: Never share confidential, proprietary, strategic, financial, user or business-related information
· Be Respectful: Avoid comments that could be considered discriminatory, offensive, defamatory, harassing, threatening or damaging to Topomer’sreputation
· Avoid Conflicts of Interest: Do not post content that conflicts with Topomer’smission, values or interests
· Use Good Judgment: Assume everything you post is public and permanent even if deleted
· No Unauthorized Disclosures: Only designated spokespersons may speak officially on Topomer’s behalf

Violations of these guidelines may result in disciplinary action, including termination of employment or contracts and legal action if necessary

6. Guidelines for Users and Community Members

Topomer welcomes user engagement and contributions across social media. However, by interacting with Topomer accounts or discussing Topomer online, you agree to:

· Be Respectful: No hate speech, harassment, personal attacks or abuse will be tolerated
· Stay Legal: Do not post anything unlawful, defamatory or infringing on any rights, including intellectual property
· No Spam or Unauthorized Promotions: Avoid posting spam, solicitations or advertising unrelated to Topomer

Topomer reserves the right to hide, delete, report or take legal action against any content or user that violates these rules

All content published by Topomer, including logos, designs, text, images, and videos, is protected by copyright, trademark and other intellectual property laws
You may not reproduce, distribute, display, or use Topomer’s intellectual property without explicit written permission, except where fair use or specific exceptions apply
